How do I sign up for Roger?
Roger is free to use for 7 days. That means there is no need to talk to sales, sign a contract or negotiate terms. All you need to sign up is a work email address.
How do I pay for your service?
Roger accepts all major credit cards. Once you have set up your free Roger account and wish to upgrade you simply navigate to your subscription page and choose the plan that fits your needs.
Where is my data hosted?
We run Roger on Amazon Web Services (AWS) – a subsidiary of Amazon, Inc. Our servers are located in Oregon, USA and Frankfurt, Germany. The AWS cloud infrastructure has been architected to be one of the most high performing and secure cloud computing environments available on the planet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! we do not lock you in for a specific period. You can cancel any time and the end of your billing cycle.
How do I connect to my bank?
Once you have created your account with us, you are able to securely connect your bank account to Roger. Our authentication partner, Plaid.com, enables us to securely link to your bank, without the need to share your credentials with us.
